Echinacea SOMBRERO® ‘Adobe Orange’ (Coneflower)
Echinacea SOMBRERO® ‘Adobe Orange’ lights up the garden with bold, 2½–3" blooms in an intense, true orange hue accented by a matching orange cone. Its dark green foliage forms a sturdy, compact mound that becomes completely covered in flowers through summer and into fall. This standout in the SOMBRERO® Series is one of the best orange coneflowers available — vibrant, uniform, and incredibly floriferous.
Like all SOMBRERO® Echinaceas, ‘Adobe Orange’ thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, requiring little care once established. It’s heat and drought tolerant, and its blooms attract butterflies, bees, and songbirds. Leave some spent blooms intact in fall to feed finches and provide striking winter texture.
Why It’s a Creekside Champion™:
We love SOMBRERO® ‘Adobe Orange’ for its rich, glowing color, full flower coverage, and strong, compact growth that brings fiery energy to sunny borders all season long.
