No refunds for live plants once order is placed. If you have a problem with your order we require an email with pictures within 24 hours of delivery to your home.

We are not responsible for plants that have not been unpacked immediately upon arrival or plants that have not been properly cared for once in your care. If your package arrives damaged by the carrier, it is your responsibility to immediately contact the carrier and Creekside Nursery to report the damages.

Creekside Nursery requires pictures of the damage to be included in your email.

**All pre orders and plant orders are final. We will not cancel/refund pre orders or plant orders once you submit the order. Once the order is placed your plants go into production and will ship according to your growing zone. Plants ship when the plant is ready to ship.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  All communication MUST BE received within 24 hours upon the delivery of your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, no returns are accepted.

Customer Responsibility & Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart contents, shipping address, payment method, and order total before submitting an order. By completing checkout, you confirm that all items in your cart — including add-on items, upsells, and additional products — were intentionally selected and that your shipping address and payment information are accurate.

Creekside Nursery is not responsible for customer checkout errors, including accidental item selections, incorrect shipping addresses, incorrect payment information, or failure to review the cart prior to purchase. We do not add items to customer carts or place orders on a customer’s behalf. While we may be able to accommodate address changes in some cases, changes to a shipping address after an order is placed are not guaranteed. Once an order has been submitted, changes to items or payment methods are not possible.

Once an order is submitted, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified due to customer mistake or oversight. This includes claims that an item was “added by accident” or “not intended to be purchased."

If a return is approved under our return policy (applicable only to hard goods and Power Planter products), all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you had full control over your device and checkout process and agree to all items purchased and charges incurred."
