Redeem your points at checkout. Select how many points you’d like to apply to your order, and watch your total drop!
What are the VIP tiers, and how do they work?
Our VIP tiers (Grow, Bloom, and Thrive) offer increasingly valuable benefits as you spend more annually. Spend thresholds automatically upgrade your tier, and you’ll unlock perks like faster point earnings, exclusive gifts, and more.
How much are points worth?
Every 100 points equals $1 in rewards. You can redeem as many points as you like toward a purchase, provided you have enough points to cover the discount.
What benefits are included at each tier?
- Grow: Free to join, 2x points, free shipping over $100, early access to sales.
- Bloom: 4x points, free shipping over $75, birthday rewards, double points days, and early access to sales.
- Thrive: 6x points, free shipping over $50, priority access to exclusive sales, birthday gifts, double points days, and special giveaways.
How do I refer friends, and what rewards do we both get?
Invite friends by sharing your unique referral link (found in your account). When they make their first purchase, they’ll get $10 OFF and you earn $10, and you’ll earn bonus points.
Can I earn points for things other than purchases?
Yes! In addition to shopping, you can earn points for activities like referring friends and participating in special events or promotions. The points you earn through these activities are also based on your current tier, so members in higher tiers (Bloom and Thrive) will earn points faster on these activities too.
Do my points expire?
Points don’t expire as long as you remain an active member. If your account is inactive for a prolonged period, you may lose your points.
What happens if I return an item?
Points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account balance.
Can I combine points with other discounts or promo codes?
Yes, points can be combined with other promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.
How will I know when I’m eligible for a tier upgrade?
You’ll receive an email notification when you reach the spending threshold to move to a higher tier. Additionally, your account dashboard will display your current tier and any upcoming tier upgrades.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
There’s no limit to how many points you can earn through purchases, referrals, and promotions.
