How do I join the Creekside Rewards Program?
Simply create a Creekside Nursery account to join! Membership is free, and once you create your account, you'll automatically begin in our Grow tier. You'll also earn 250 points for creating your account.

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend Online & at the Garden Center. You can also earn points by creating an account, celebrating your birthday, following us on Instagram, liking us on Facebook, and through special rewards opportunities.
How do I redeem my points and how much are they worth?
How do I redeem my points and how much are they worth?
Every 100 points equals $1 in rewards. You can redeem your points toward purchases Online & at the Garden Center. You may redeem up to $25 in points on a single purchase. Points cannot be combined with other discount codes.
How do the Grow, Bloom, and Thrive tiers work?
How do the Grow, Bloom, and Thrive tiers work?
Your tier is based on your annual spending with Creekside Nursery. Grow is free to join, Bloom is reached when you spend $1,000 per year, and Thrive is reached when you spend $2,500 per year.
All three tiers currently earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Birthday rewards increase by tier: Grow members receive 50 points, Bloom members receive 250 points, and Thrive members receive 500 points. Bloom and Thrive members also receive additional tier benefits.

Do my points expire?
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire per calendar year. Points may also expire if your account has been inactive for one year, meaning you haven't earned or redeemed any points during that time.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Points that may have been used on the purchase will be refunded back to your account.
