Dicentra ‘Ruby Gold’ (Bleeding Heart)
Dicentra spectabilis ‘Ruby Gold’ dazzles with a stunning combination of brilliant red flowers and glowing golden foliage — the first gold-leaved bleeding heart to feature true red blooms. Bred for strength and performance, this vigorous variety boasts sturdy, upright stems and large, abundant blossoms that appear from late spring into midsummer. Its long-lasting foliage color and refined habit make it a beautiful choice for containers, shaded borders, or as a statement plant near an entryway. A striking improvement over ‘Gold Heart,’ ‘Ruby Gold’ delivers exceptional vigor, color, and staying power.
Why It’s a Creekside Champion™:
We love ‘Ruby Gold’ for its vivid red blooms against luminous gold foliage — a rare and unforgettable combination that brightens shady gardens with energy and charm.
