Nepeta faassenii ‘Purrsian Blue’ (Catmint)
‘Purrsian Blue’ is a compact, incredibly floriferous Catmint known for its tidy, rounded habit and nonstop color. In its first year, it forms a perfectly mounded clump of small green leaves; by year two, the plant nearly doubles in width while maintaining its neat shape. From early summer into early fall, dense clusters of periwinkle-blue blooms—set against dark purple calyxes—cover the plant in soft, hazy color.

Aromatic foliage, long bloom time, and outstanding resilience make this a standout perennial for sunny borders. ‘Purrsian Blue’ checks all the boxes: drought tolerant, deer and rabbit resistant, low maintenance, and highly attractive to pollinators. Its calming fragrance and compact size make it perfect for pathways, cottage gardens, and mass plantings.

Why it’s a Creekside Champion™:
Selected for its exceptionally tidy habit, extended bloom season, and unmatched garden reliability, this Catmint brings beauty, fragrance, and pollinator activity to the landscape with virtually no fuss.
