ProCut® Plum Sunflower Seeds
Description
Description
ProCut® Plum offers layered petals in soft shades of plum fading into creamy tones around a dark central disk. The subtle coloring pairs well with both vivid summer flowers and softer late-season arrangements.
Plants grow 60–72 inches tall on sturdy, upright stems. This pollenless, single-stem variety produces one 4–6 inch bloom per plant, making it especially suited for cutting gardens and succession planting. For continuous harvest, sow every 1–2 weeks throughout the season.
Sunflowers perform best in full sun and well-drained soil. Avoid pinching, as single-stem varieties will not branch.
How to Sow
-
Direct sow after danger of frost has passed.
-
Sow seeds 1/2 inch deep in well-drained soil.
-
Space plants 4–6 inches apart.
-
Do not pinch plants.
-
Succession sow every 1–2 weeks for continuous blooms.
