ProCut® Orange Sunflower Seeds
Description
Description
ProCut® Orange produces bold 4–6 inch blooms with golden-orange petals surrounding a dark central disk. The clean color contrast makes it a standout in both garden plantings and fresh arrangements.
Plants grow 60–72 inches tall on sturdy, upright stems. This variety is pollenless and produces a single flower per stem, making it especially well-suited for cutting. For continuous harvest, succession sow every 1–2 weeks throughout the season.
Sunflowers thrive in full sun and well-drained soil. For best results, avoid pinching, as single-stem varieties will not branch.
How to Sow
-
Direct sow after danger of frost has passed.
-
Sow seeds 1/2 inch deep in well-drained soil.
-
Space plants 4–6 inches apart.
-
Do not pinch plants.
-
Succession sow every 1–2 weeks for continuous blooms.
