Polemonium ‘Hurricane Ridge’ (Jacob’s Ladder)
Polemonium hybrid ‘Hurricane Ridge’ is a standout foliage perennial with graceful, repeating fronds of crisp green leaves that form a soft, geometric pattern — a true garden texture plant. Named for the stunning blue vistas of Washington’s Olympic Mountains, this hardy “nativar” thrives in both sun and shade, showing remarkable adaptability. In mid-summer, clusters of light lilac-blue flowers rise just above the foliage, adding a gentle splash of color without overshadowing its elegant form. Perfect for containers, borders, or mixed beds, ‘Hurricane Ridge’ brings lasting structure, resilience, and charm to the garden.
Why It’s a Creekside Champion™:
We love ‘Hurricane Ridge’ for its graceful foliage, soft blue blooms, and impressive toughness that allows it to thrive beautifully in both sun and shade.
