Nelly Organic Chive produces uniform clumps of fine to medium, dark green leaves with a mild onion flavor. The slender leaves give a polished look when snipped over eggs, soups, salads, potatoes, and cream-based dishes.
Plants grow 12–18 inches tall with an upright habit that works well in herb beds, borders, and containers. Once established, chives return year after year in Zones 3–9 and can be harvested several times throughout the season.
