Description

Monarda 'Pardon My Rose'

Monarda 'Pardon My Rose' is a compact Bee Balm that brings a brilliant burst of color to the summer garden. Intense rose-pink flowers appear above fresh green foliage in midsummer, creating a vibrant display that is especially beautiful along the front of flower borders. Both the flowers and foliage are fragrant, adding another layer of interest to this charming perennial.

Growing 14–18 inches tall with a clump-forming habit, 'Pardon My Rose' works beautifully in borders, mass plantings, landscapes, and containers. The colorful blooms can also be enjoyed as cut flowers while providing an excellent source of color and activity in pollinator gardens.

Native to North America, this easy-care perennial thrives in sun to part sun and prefers consistently moist soil. Its nectar-rich flowers attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, while its fragrant foliage helps provide resistance to deer.
