Greek Oregano produces small, dark green leaves packed with intense aroma and flavor. This classic Mediterranean variety is essential for pizza, roasted vegetables, sauces, and herb blends.
Plants form compact, bushy clumps 8–24 inches tall and return year after year in Zones 4–9. White flowers appear in summer and attract beneficial insects, adding beauty and pollinator value to the garden. The flowers are edible and carry the same oregano flavor as the leaves.
For the strongest flavor, grow in well-drained soil and full sun. Rich soils may reduce the plant’s pungency.
