ColorBlaze® Mini Me™ Watermelon | Proven Winners®

This wonderful new Coleus for sun and shade features watermelon to coral foliage with golden chartreuse accents, forming a very well-branched plant that works well in landscapes and containers. Like all ColorBlaze® Coleus, it is bred to take the heat and bloom very late in the season, if at all, extending its garden performance into the fall. This is a new type of ColorBlaze that is substantially smaller than the rest of the ColorBlaze coleus. Though we select for stable color patterns, occasionally ColorBlaze® Mini Me™ Watermelon coleus will have variable leaves or branches. Most often, the color change will show up as a dark burgundy leaf or branch. In very rare instances, the entire plant will display the variable color. It is not harmful to the plant in any way. If you like it, simply leave it be. If not, trim off the part of the plant showing the color change. We are working to eliminate this variability in future and appreciate your understanding.
