Brunnera ‘Alexander’s Great’ (Siberian Bugloss)
Brunnera macrophylla ‘Alexander’s Great’ lives up to its name with enormous, heavily silvered leaves that create a bold presence in the shade garden. The large, heart-shaped foliage features intricate green veining and lovely spiraled leaf bases, giving it a refined, architectural look. In spring, clusters of delicate, forget-me-not blue flowers rise above the foliage for an added touch of charm. Perfect as a specimen plant, mass planting, or container feature, this impressive Brunnera brings texture, contrast, and lasting beauty to shady spaces.
Why It’s a Creekside Champion™:
We love ‘Alexander’s Great’ for its striking silver foliage, generous size, and reliable performance that brightens and anchors the shade garden season after season.
