Superbena Verbena have great vigor, awesome branching and wonderful summer performance. The cheerful cherry and soft peach striped flowers are clustered in large umbels that cover the deep green foliage.
Combine Cherryburst with all of your favorite medium vigor varieties in hanging baskets, upright containers and window boxes or use it as a low growing, flowering groundcover in the landscape. Like all Superbena, you’ll find that this plant has exceptional resistance to powdery mildew.
The most eye-catching trait of this cultivar is its cherry red and peach striped flowers. We always select for stable patterns that give gardeners the most consistent experience possible. However, when it comes to striped patterns like this, there is likely to be some variation over time. This pattern will, at times, naturally change to a solid color. This can be a single flower in a cluster, a whole umbel of flowers or even an entire branch. The mutation does not harm the plant but can be removed if desired.
- Fall Interest
- Deadheading Not Necessary
