Hosta ‘Blue Mouse Ears’ (Hosta)
‘Blue Mouse Ears’ is an irresistibly charming miniature hosta prized for its thick, rounded, blue-green to gray-green leaves that almost feel rubbery to the touch. This petite perennial forms a perfectly symmetrical, tidy mound with a moderate growth rate, making it ideal for collectors, rock gardens, and containers where detail truly matters.

In midsummer, short 12" scapes rise just above the foliage, holding plump flower buds that swell like tiny balloons before opening into clusters of soft lavender, bell-shaped blooms. Like other hostas, it thrives in shade, offers excellent coverage for fading spring bulbs, and performs beautifully even in urban garden settings.
