Brunnera ‘Alexandria’ (Siberian Bugloss)
Brunnera macrophylla ‘Alexandria’ is a stunning, award-winning shade perennial that shines with brilliant, mirror-silver leaves of impressive size and vigor. A 2023 “Top Performer” perennial, this variety matches the beloved ‘Alexander’s Great’ in form but dazzles with even brighter foliage and the same reliable growth habit. In spring, airy clusters of tiny sky-blue flowers rise above the silver leaves, creating a soft, cloud-like effect that draws in early pollinators. Perfect for mass plantings, shady borders, or container displays, ‘Alexandria’ brings refined brightness and texture to the shade garden.
Why It’s a Creekside Champion™:
We love ‘Alexandria’ for its luminous silver foliage, early blue blooms, and dependable vigor that add elegance and light to any shaded space.
