Penstemon ‘Flock of Flamingos’ (Beardtongue)
Penstemon hybrid ‘Flock of Flamingos’ is a striking perennial that adds height, color, and pollinator activity to the summer garden. Known for its unusual shrimp-pink blooms that fade to soft baby pink, this large, upright variety makes a bold statement from midsummer through fall. The sturdy flower spikes are covered in oversized tubular blooms that attract bumblebees and hummingbirds alike. Its clump-forming habit and long bloom season make it an ideal choice for sunny borders, cottage gardens, or mixed perennial plantings.
Why It’s a Creekside Champion™:
We love ‘Flock of Flamingos’ for its standout color combination, strong upright form, and impressive bloom power — a cheerful, long-lasting performer that always turns heads.
